Nursery Ideas.

I am SO excited to decorate a nursery... and thankfully with the help of the handy dandy Pinterest website there are so many amazing ideas for inspiration!

Here's a few I love...

I can't believe I'm already 6 MONTHS prego!

It has gone by SO fast and I know she'll be here before we know it,

so I definitely need to get seriously working on this...

I'll be sure to post before and after pictures of the project!

Maternity clothes: Only a few things still but I'm pretty excited because this week I bought a maternity swimsuit! The pool and lake will be my new best friends... It's probably the only way I'm going to survive a scorching summer pregnancy in Vegas

Stretch marks: No

Sleep: Love sleep... but still missing sleeping on my stomach

Best moment this week: Getting whisked away to San Diego with my hubby! Trying to get a few last minute vacations in

Miss anything: The jacuzzi! I have a special love for hot tubs that will just have to wait until the little lady graces us with her presence- we don't need a twice baked bun in the oven if you know what I mean :)

Morning sickness: Yes & it only happens if I don't eat like RIGHT when I'm hungry. I had a mini prego meltdown this week over it... I was running errands one day and driving around when ALL the sudden it just hit me that I was instantly starving and nauseous! All I wanted to do was pull over, cry and throw up all at the same time-none of which would have been any sort of productive... It was all I could do to get to the nearest drive-thru fast enough!

Movement: Yesss. Favorite part of my day. I swear I felt little hiccups and even a somersault... craziest feeling ever!

Food cravings: Ice cold fruit. Now that it's getting hot that's all I feel like eating.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Microwaved anything, especially frozen dinners.

Have you started to show yet: Oh yes... I feel like I'm wayyy bigger this week than last

Gender prediction: A little lady

Labor signs: No

Belly button in or out: In

Wedding rings on or off: On

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy

Looking forward to: Getting the nursery put together... I picked out some rad fabric and with the help of my little super seamstress mom we're going to make the baby bedding! I'll post some pictures of the finished product {i <3 craft projects}

22 Weeks.

How far along: 22 weeks, 6 days

Maternity clothes: A few things so far...

Stretch marks: No

Sleep: Still great... officially only sleeping on my side now

Best moment this week: Getting to hang out with my 2 prego best friends! My favorite was when we went to the post office to mail some sweet packages to Jessica's brother in Afganistan and the lady at the register asked if we were all pregnant- love that we're all experiencing this together.

Miss anything: Sleeping on my stomach- sometimes its just the little things

Morning sickness: None

Movement: Little baby girl has been moving like crazy! Grant's got to feel her kick a few times and its amazing to see his face light up. Future daddy's little girl for sure.

Food cravings: This week I have to confess I've been loving Wendy's frosty + french fries... and fruit.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Frozen dinners and anything else that can be microwaved

Have you started to show yet: Yes- first time this week I had 2 strangers in 1 day ask me if I was expecting! Thankfully they were thinking 'bump not plump'

Gender prediction: A girl

Labor signs: No

Belly button in or out: In

Wedding rings on or off: On

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy and a little moody (what prego isn't??)

Looking forward to: Painting the nursery!

21 Weeks.

How far along: 21 weeks, 6 days

Maternity clothes: Yes just a few shirts, tank tops, and a pair of capris... I can still {snugly} fit into my regular jeans with the help of my little friend called "the hair tie"

Stretch marks: No

Sleep: Sleep has been amazing... on my days off of work I usually have 1 "sleep catch up day" where I sleep 12-15 hours. It's fantastic minus the crazy pregnancy dreams I've been having! I'm not a fan- they've either been totally x-rated or just plain scary. This week I had a dream I was a prego secret agent with a license to kill (totally cool) but that this guy was trying to kill my friends. When I'd shoot him, he wouldn't die- I put 50 rounds into this homie but it would only knock him out for a second! Apparently he was a zombie & every time I would shoot him, he'd get uglier and scarier. Then someone told me in order for him to die, his uterus would have to die... Ummm, what? Weird prego dreams...

Best moment this week: Buying a baby crib from my sweet friend & getting to visit with her! Love ya Chelsea!

Miss anything: Crossfit workouts with my best friend. We use to have intense crossfit dates in the morning before we both got prego.

Morning sickness: None

Movement: Yes! When people say its the best part- it really is... One morning I was laying in bed & I felt some pressure at the top of my stomach- it was totally a little elbow or foot pushing out! So I took my thumb and pushed back gently and she moved it! It was amazing. It just made it more "real"

Food cravings: This week I've been craving cereal, fruit, and Thai food! We found this amazing little Thai place the other day. Best.Food.Ever.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Frozen dinners and anything else that can be microwaved

Have you started to show yet: Yes

Gender prediction: A little lady. Still deciding for sure on a name...

Labor signs: No {and when I can actually say yes to this, I will so be freaking out}

Belly button in or out: In

Wedding rings on or off: On

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy with a side a moody sometimes

Looking forward to: Sewing the baby bedding with my mom!
