Ever have those days where you feel super productive??
I totally had one of those yesterday.
Got caught up on everything at work (and then some),
Swept, swiffered, and vacuumed all the floors,
Organized some clothes to give away,
Got a 4 mile run in + some P90x,
and then made dinner PLUS dessert.
Grant got home and said...
"Wow you're like Martha Stewart right now!"
Obviously this behavior was out of the "norm" for me.
I'm crediting it to the 3-day weekend we just had...
and in my book, we should have them more often.
It just keeps you feeling refreshed, ya know?

So so good and only 108 calories each... realllly?? love.
I added blackberries but you could add crushed pineapple, raspberries,
strawberry slices... the possibilities are just about endless.
She even suggests baking the fruit in the cheesecake!
